This product has been exclusively handcrafted with love, using delicate materials. A little care will go a long way. Keep away from artificial fragrances. Prefer to keep it back in the zip pouch (comes with the product) after use. Incase dirty, pls wipe it with wet cloth or makeup wipes. You can also wash the affected area under tap water rubbing the edges with mild hand wash. Once cleaned keep it for natural drying.

EXCHANGE-

We offer exchange within 2 days of receiving the product.

If for some reason you are unsure of the product, and like to exchange it, please mail us within 2 days of receiving the product along with the new product you want to exchange - info@joeyandpooh.com or WhatsApp us on +918591383776. Once request is approved you can initiate to send it back to us OR we can arrange a pick up for a small value.

Exchange/credit will be initiated once we receive the item back. This will be done from 7 days from the time we receive the items back.

International Exchanges not available.

RETURN & REFUND-

As a company policy we don’t provide refunds of the product sold, however exchange Or store credit is available with validity of 2 months.
